FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY - by Julian Rosenthal - Winterfest Theater Festival Competition 2017
This dark comedy set in the docks of East Brooklyn follows a modern man stuck in the very traditional world of organized crime. After being commanded to whack a troublesome gambler, he is forced to make the difficult choice between self-respect and the respect of his family, somehow losing much of both along the way.
