Rise Up! featuring thePROGRAM dancers at eXit SPACE

eXit SPACE presents their pre-professional division students, thePROGRAM. Lead by co-directors Marlo Ariz (Martin) and Karen O'Branovich thePROGRAM dancers will perform an array of styles and themes including modern, jazz, and hip hop. Students worked with a stunning collection of local choreographers for their 2016-17 season rep including Marlo Ariz, Karen O'Branovich, Sam Picart, Alicia Mullikin, Noelle Price, Mary Tisa, John Roque, and Amy J Lambert.

ThePROGRAM dancers are high spirited, soulful, and thoughtful performers. The Senior Company will also present a work that they crafted, directed, and designed.

The mission for thePROGRAM at eXit SPACE is to prepare young dancers for college undergraduate programs and/or potential professional careers. eXit SPACE specifically balances elevated and physically challenging technical training with the development of the whole artist with workshops and class environments which center around developing performance skills and mindset, creating work, digging deeper into the sensation of movement, and the intention behind and within movement.
