Many people get really excited and hopeful about their New Years Eve Resolution which last for a couple of weeks than get back to the same old habits. Are you one of them?

During this workshop you will learn how to increase your resilience and wellbeing safely and move through change naturally. You will also learn
-What makes change enjoyable
-The stages you move thought and techniques you can use at each stage
-What can you do to stay focused on the change you are about to make
-Develop healthier ways of responding to change
-Specific techniques to promote relaxation and peace within the body and mind

The workshop will be led by Tekla Kósa, Stress Resilience Consultant and Autogenic Therapist.





About Tekla Kósa MSc, DipAT, IIR MAR

As a Stress Management Consultant and Autogenic Therapist, I teach stress /change management to individuals and offer personal effectiveness workshops  techniques to improve performance  to students and corporate employees. My mission is to help people feel less overwhelmed and be more effective in their every day lives by handling stress and overcoming anxiety.

In the past 8 years, I regularly secured, designed, tailored, delivered and evaluated personal development trainings for students and adults. I greatly enjoyed both preparing and presenting these workshops, and they have also helped me to gain a better understanding of the challenges participants experience every day.
On a 121 basis I help people who suffer from insomnia, anxiety, panic attack, asthma, HBP, fatigue and adrennal fatigue. I also work with pregnant women and help them to achieve a relaxed pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Previously Trustee of the British Autogenic Society, active member of its Development Team, an Events Officer at a national charity and an Events Executive at an international NGO, I acquired hands-on experience in project and event management. I was one of the lead organisers for the UK Mindfulness in Education Conference in 2012 and continued facilitating follow-up events.
