Doughnut Touch My Beer: The Most Important Pairing of the Year

We've partnered with Solemn Oath Brewery and Herb's Bakery for an evening of morning pastries and stellar beer.

Our friends at Solemn Oath (Naperville) have been making some of our favorite beers for over four years now.

Herb's is been an Elgin staple since their first year, 1954. Located on Larkin Avenue, Herb's has been serving the Elgin area for decades with amazing baked goods.

The pairing is as follows:

Butterfly Flashmob IPA with a Raspberry-Filled, Powdered Bismark

Most Important Beverage of the Day Coffee Milk Stout with a Mouse Ear (Cream-Filled Doughnut Sandwich with a Chocolate Glaze)

Beverage of Champions Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee Milk Stout w/ Sweet Orange Peel with a Maple-Glazed Cinnamon Roll

Ticklefight Barleywine with a Caramel-Glazed Cake Doughnut

We'll have a reception for ticket holders at 5. The pairing will start around 7.

Tickets are $30 and include four pastries and a flight of SOB beer...also included, rad company and possibly some knowledge.
