Enoversity: Wine 101
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
In wine 101, we will taste wines that are very stylistically different, high acid versus low acid, light body versus heavy body, fruity versus sweet, etc. The class will allow you to pinpoint the types of wine you like and better talk about them - so when you go out, your server can fine just the right bottle for you!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you.
