Join us on Friday December 23rd for traditional northern Thai "Khantoke" family style dinner at Immm Rice & Beyond. Khantoke is a communal dinner served on a pedestal tray to guests when there's a celebration or parties in Chiang Mai and throughout Northern Thailand. Experience this special dinner with a snack, 8 main dishes, and a dessert with includes:

SNACK:

Tua Samoon Prai |
- Thai style beer nuts with kaffir lime, lemongrass and chilli

MAINS:

Gang Pakkard |
- Baby mustard greens and rib tips in Chiang Mai soup

Larb Mueng |
- Heraceous salad, Chiang Mai style, made of Minced pork and entrails

Abb Pla |
- Grilled fish with Northern Thai herbs in banana leaf

Mee Grob |
- Crispy vermicelli noodles and tofu in sweet and sour dressing

Sai Oua Sausage |
- Lemongrass pork sausage, specific to Northern Thai and Laos

Nam Prik Noom |
- "Young chili" dip - peppers, tomatoes, garlic, shallots

- Grilled eggplant dip with hard boiled egg
