Below is the price structure for the two room options available to recipients of financial assistance. This is full price, prior to any financial assistance.
Outdoor Pavilion (Huge weatherized tent-like space with concrete floor, heating, extra blankets - holds up to 12.) They will be further weather-proofed to provide additional protection from seasonal cold and rain. These spaces have regular beds and electricity, and heaters will be provided.
Indoor Large Dorm (Very large room, holds up to 12.)
Cost is the same for both room options: Early Registration: $1,500 (through October 2)
Financial Assistance Refund Policy Payment of your $50 deposit or any portion of your retreat payments is your acknowledgement that you have read and understood this cancellation/refund policy, and the General Waiver and Release Agreement.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. In the case of cancellations, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit, however, can be transferred to the April 2013 retreat, if there is space available in that retreat at the time of cancellation.
Financial Assistance awards are not transferable to a future retreat. In the event of cancellation, you will need to re-apply for Financial Assistance if you want to attend a different retreat.
If you cancel your reservation before midnight October 15, 2012, we will refund all fees paid minus the $50 deposit and $60 administrative charges. Refunds will be done by check within 45 days of receiving cancellation notice.
If you cancel your reservation on October 16, 2012 or later, all fees will be non-refundable. This also applies to those who pay their fees after the final payment deadline of October 26, 2012.
Once the retreat begins, any fees paid will be non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center reserves the right to require that a retreat participant leave the retreat at any time if the Center staff determines that the participant's behavior is either excessively disruptive or dangerous to self or others on retreat. In this case, all retreat fees are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as a strike, cancelled flight, or serious illness, accident, or death of a family member, fees paid can be transferred to the April 2013 or November 2013 retreat if there is space available at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation by Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center In the highly unlikely event that Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center must cancel the retreat for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the full fee amount paid including your deposit.
