Jeffrey Kahane Solo Piano Recital

At Tippet Rise, we take great pride in offering uniquely intimate concert settings for audiences of fewer than 150 people. To facilitate this vision and allow as many people as possible to experience music at Tippet Rise, each household is limited to 4 tickets per concert for up to a total of 6 concerts for the 2017 Season.
Equally at home at the keyboard or on the podium, Jeffrey Kahane has established an international reputation as a truly versatile artist. For Friday's program, Kahane will play rather than conduct, performing Franz Schubert's Sonata No.18 in G Major D.894, Frédéric Chopin's Sonata No.3 in B minor, Op. 58, Timo Andres' Heavy Sleep and Works on Paper by Kahane's son, the composer, pianist and singer-songwriter, Gabriel Kahane.
