A World of Cider & Cheese with Greg Hall of Virtue Cider
Spend a couple hours with us learning about the craft of cider making, and the different styles of cider and how they pair with cheeses. Greg Hall, cider expert and founder of Virtue Cider, will lead the tasting. The four featured ciders will be Sarasola Basque Cider, Christian Drouin Poire, Etienne Dupont Cidre Bouche Fermier, and of course Virtue Cider's RedStreak!
