This is a tour and tasting and educational event presented by Lucidi Distilling Co. in Peoria's Fire Station No.1. Over the course of four hours, we will take you through a comprehensive alcohol education. You, as our guests will tour our active distillery and learn how alcohol is taken from grain to glass here in Old Town Peoria. You will work with our head mixologist and course coordinator, Megan to learn about how alcohol and human civilization have co-developed from 8,000 B.C.E. up until today. You will also sample each of our craft liquors (Forcible Entry Vodka, Dispatch Gin, Crooked Ladder Rum, and Fire Station #1 Whiskey) as well as three cocktails over the course of the evening. 4 course small bites menu will be provided by Chef Wade of Bistro on Wheels, winner of 2016 Outstanding Food Truck (http://www.bistroonwheels.com/)!
