The Science of Flavor with Brian Hoefling
Brian Hoefling, author of Distilled Knowledge, a book that examines the science behind alcohol, will be teaching a class at GPSCY on the phenomena behind "cool" and "hot" flavors and will even show you how to mix some cocktails!
