The 3rd Annual Fairfax County Dance Coalition Gala Showcase
The Fairfax County Dance Coalition puts your Imagination in Motion as it presents its third annual Dance Gala. This is one of the best dance events in area featuring twelve significant dance companies - a not to be missed event!
You can enjoy the creative interpretations of dance movement, embrace the variety of dance talent, and experience the power of dance. It's a celebration of dance in Fairfax County. Come join us for a unique and wonderful gala dance show!
Twelve Fairfax County dance companies offer a unique opportunity to appreciate a showcase of dance styles. The dance companies are:

* Center Stage Dance Company
* Dancin' Unlimited Jazz Dance Company
* Encore Theatrical Arts Project
* Gin Dance Company
* Impact Dance Company
* Lasya Dance Company
* Nrityanjali Dance Company
* The Ballet Arts Ensemble of Fairfax
* The Fairfax Ballet
* The Kintz-Mejia Academy of Ballet
* Virginia Ballet Company
Formed in 2008 as a community voice for dance, the Fairfax County Dance Coalition focuses on County-wide performance opportunities, improving performance venues for dance, emerging choreography, advanced dance education, and enriching the cultural fabric of Fairfax County.
An added highlight of the Gala will be the announcement of the second annual $500 scholarship award to a 2012 - 2013 Fairfax County Dance Coalition member graduating high school senior who plans to continue to pursue studies in Dance.
