Pigeonhole Dinner Series
Welcome to the first installment of Lyn 65's refined dinner series! Pigeon Hole dinners are designed to dive deep into a featured cuisine and highlight the talents and backgrounds of our staff.
For the next year, the Pigeon Hole dinners will give diners a look inside of our upcoming project; a modern Mexican concept, yet to be named. It will be helmed and co-owned by Jose Alarcon, a chef at Lyn 65, who is native to Axochiapan, Morelos, Mexico.
The 5-course preview dinner will reflect seasonal and organic produce accented by Mexican spices and flavors alongside local proteins. There will be a focus on refined cooking techniques that utilize the grill and planchas.
The Team at Lyn 65 will bring their honest and humble approach to hospitality, as well as a cutting edge cocktail, beer, and wine program. We look forward to previewing the new restaurant for you this November 7th.
