Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. Seattle 2012-13 - "Love is a Battlefield"
The 3rd Annual Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. Seattle scholarship pageant returns for a night of lovely ladies all vying for the coveted crown and title of Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. Seattle 2012-2013.
Join some of the most talented female impersonators, queens and transgendered women along with the current Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. Seattle, Tanya Rachinee as she presents "Love is a Battlefield", this year's theme which recognizes the struggle for marriage equality in Washington state and across the U.S., and the landmark repeal of DADT.
Contestants will shine and WOW the audience in categories such as:
-National Couture: Representing any of the hundreds of Pacific Island cultures in this category, these ladies will give you true Mana of the Pacific magic.
-Swimwear: Following a themed color or design, this category challenges contestants to think outside their "Pandora Box" and showcase the dressing room that lives inside their minds. All while leaving the audience wondering, "Which way did they go?"
-Talent: Whether they can dance in stilettos, do the splits, lip sync with precision or hold the audience's attention with a stand up routine, these ladies will serve it up "Super Bowl Half Time Show" style and prove that talent is more than putting on makeup and wigs.
Evening Gown Extravaganza: This category is what these ladies GAG for! They show you pure and true elegance and style with all the glitz and glamour that you come to expect from a woman.
*WARNING: Staring directly at contestants may cause blindness due to the sequin, rhinestone and royal ball jewelry used for this category.
Question & Answer: Here's where the audience really gets to know the contestants. They will answer questions on current events, giving that "WOW" factor finish.
Join your hosts for the night, Miss Tiare Fidow and Chase Silva as they lead you through the trenches of this Glamorous War zone.
Tickets may be purchased online or at the actual pageant. Ticket sales will end here at BPT on Friday, October 12th at 12:00am. If you purchase tickets after this date, you will need to buy tickets at the pageant with CASH ONLY @$15.
