Midsummer Nights Dream
In the City-state of Athens, Duke Theseus, is preparing for his marriage to the fair Hippolyta. As they prepare, a quartet of lovers and friends are brought to their attention, as the couples are without parental permission and are to be punished as such. These lovers promptly run into the woods to escape the town. Right into the land of the Faeries. Also in Athens, a merry band of rustics are preparing a night of entertainment for the soon to be newlyweds. They too move into the woods for privacy for their act. The Faerie King Oberon and Queen Titania, are at war with each other, and soon the mortals are drawn into the world of faerie intrigue. However in the end love prevails, the lovers have their parents permission, and the faerie world is reunited.
