Come join us for our first ever, Fat Head's/NWIPA beer dinner! $55 6 course dinner, prepared by our friends at NWIPA and the Fat Head's team. Thursday October 20th, 6pm arrival, 6:30pm first course.
1st Course- Savory Scone- Trout, whipped mascarpone, chive paper *Smoked Helles*
2nd Course- Moules & Frites- Smoked mussels, tonnato, potato nest *Belgian Golden Strong*
3rd Course- Pork Tenderloin & seasonal veggies- Delicata squash, cannellini beans, cipollinis, hazelnuts *Built for Speed IPA*
4th Course- Strip Loin Steak- Potato puree, mushroom, onion rings *Call Me Big Hoppa*
5th Course- Cheese Plate- Chevre, almond, fig, spent grain grissini *Coffee Cream Ale*
6th Course- Poudding Chomeur- maple pudding cake, quatre epice Chantilly cream *Rum Barrel Aged Spooky Tooth*
