Chocolate Tasting 101
You'll consume an informational chocolate cocktail filled with delicious history, tastings, and wine pairings. The chocolate-making process is outlined in detail, furnishing connoisseurs with enough insider knowledge to fully appreciate a blind chocolate taste test, ganache sampling, and caramel tasting. Tongues will have the chance to appraise the commingling of wine and chocolate and everyone can also get their chocolate thumbs dirty by crafting their own truffles to take home.
