This year, Aveda's quest to provide more people across the globe with unlimited access to clean water turns 11. Salon Fleur de Lis is marking the anniversary, along with four other local Aveda salons, with a Catwalks for Water evening of earth-friendly fashion, visionary hair and spectacular makeup.
Salon Fleur de Lis' eco-chic show, held in The Caramel Room at Bissingers on February 19, 2017 at 5:30pm, is committed to raising $10,000 for Audubon Missouri and is dedicated to supporting sustainability by featuring designs made only from recycled and re-purposed materials created by Salon Fluer de Lis, By Design, Ginger Bay, Phillip Johnson, Aveda at The Chase, and Salon de Christe`. Although the caps from Aveda Full Spectrum Hair Color tubes, the tubes themselves, highlighting foils and Aveda shopping bags may not seem like the components of high fashion, they will likely take center stage at Catwalks for Water.
As a VIP guest, arrive at 4pm for a pre-show reception that includes drinks and hor doeuvres. General Admission entry at 5pm. Red carpet photos, silent auction, complimentary tastings by Four Hands Brewery, and a Tesla on display are some of the exciting attractions in store! Hosted by Salon Fleur de Lis and emceed by Ivy Hartman of "The Daily Mix".
