It is time for us to remove ourselves as Buddha once had to celebrate the death into living. We invite you to join us in celebration of this most wonderful time of newness & growth. A landmark in living culture & breathing awareness for the new tomorrow!
PARINIRVANA - February 8th, 2008 ~ Seattle, WA
Parinirvana is the final nirvana, usually understood to be within reach only upon
the death of the body of someone who has attained complete awakening or bodhi.
It is the ultimate goal in Buddhism and implies a release from bhavachakra,
samsara, karma and rebirth as well as the dissolution of all wordly physical and
mental aggregates or skandhas.
On this day, we celebrate when the Buddha achieved Parinirvana, or complete Nirvana,
upon the death of his physical body.
We invite you to join us for this magical trance-dance experience, with a special
opening ceremony and a variety of artists, electronic, ambient and experimental music.
