Get Stuffed w/ Founders Brewing Company
We've invited our friend Jeff from Founders Brewing Company out to pair four of their delicious beers with four hand-made sausages, prepared by The Roaming Hog.
We'll be pairing Centennial IPA, Curmudgeon, Imperial Stout and Sleeper Cell with sausages to be named later.
We'll chat about why we feel the pairings compliment/contrast and how we decided on them.
As with all of our pairing events, we'll start with an attendee reception from 5-7. This will give you time to settle in, grab a few beers, and forget the worries of the day.
We'll start the pairing around 7. The ticket includes four hand-made sausages created by The Roaming Hog just for this event. You'll also have a small glass of Founders beer for each serving, selected to compliment or contrast with the sausages.
We'll hang out as long as you want (within reason) after the pairing. We like to party.
