Montclair Culinary Academy Paella Under the Stars
Learn the secrets of making the perfect Paella under the stars at beautiful Bradford Bath & Tennis Club.
Chefs Karen and Lisa will show you how to make an authentic Paella Valenciana, sharing with you the secrets of Bomba rice, shrimp, chicken in a rich broth.
And, we will be making full use of the grill and will show you how to grill a perfect salad on it. Yes, you heard us right: a grilled salad.
Bring your own sangria or a good Rioja and come out for a fun and informative evening!
