Paperback Comedians August 4th Showcase
Wareham- Boston Comedy Festival winner Peter Martin will be making his way to Buzzards Play Productions for the Paperback Comedians Showcase Thursday, August 4th at 8pm.. On that date the Somerville native will bring his blue collar humor and intelligent, yet, silly style of Stand-Up to 3065 Cranberry Highway in Wareham! (directly across from Bennys) Martin has been a staple in the Boston Comedy scene for about 8 years.
Warehams own Patrick Gleason is featured in this showcase. He was a winner in last years Carolees Comedy Corner Comedy Contest. His humor centers around working with the young.
The evenings host will be Rhode Islands Dennis Mello fresh off opening for Dave Attell at the Comedy Connection-Boston. Dennis jokes about being a single dad and his time in the military.
Also performing will be New Englanders Arty P, Reece Cotton, Kyle Stammler and Kenny Ramey, all who are familiar faces on the East Coasts comedy circuit. You don't have to drive to Boston for New England stand-up comedy
BPPs doors Open at 7:30pm and Showtime is at 8. Tickets are 10 dollars at the door, 8 dollars if you get them in advance at www.brownpapertickets.com/event
