Enoversity: Australia & New Zealand

At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.

In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.

As the northern hemisphere moves into their harvest season, the southern hemisphere is coming out of winter. Their wines are 6 months ahead of ours! The seasons may be reversed, but the wine is still tasty. Australia produces wonderful Rieslings, Cabs, and their own version of Syrah they like to call Shiraz. New Zealand staked its claim years ago with Sauvignon Blanc, but now there are some wonderful expressions of Pinot Noir coming from the two islands!

Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you.
