Self-hypnosis for Relaxation and Stress Management

In this course Jerry Sanger will teach you how to use self-hypnosis to make specific changes in areas of life such as stopping smoking, managing stress, increasing concentration, improving your sleeping, and achieving goals such as weight loss.
Self-hypnosis is a perfectly safe, pleasant, non-toxic and often more effective alternative to tranquilizers or painkillers. Self-hypnosis allows you to rejuvenate your body and mind, leading to a greater sense of well being.
This course will be held on Tuesdays, July 24 and 31 from 10 a.m. to noon.
