Leif Olsen of Olsen Brothers Ranches will discuss their experience (costs, quality, and feasibility) farming minimally pruned Riesling.
9:10-9:40 Canopy Management Equipment Demonstration
Grant DeVries of VineTech will demonstrate some of the latest machinery available for vineyards to help with canopy management.

John Gomez, Vineyard Manager of Hedges Family Estate will discuss his experience with field grafting and variety change-overs.

Dr. Pete Jacoby, Washington State University, will discuss his recent research on sub-surface irrigation strategies and plant response.

2)Lav Khot Washington State University Aerial and ground sensing in agriculture production (with demonstrations).
