Spanish Pintxo Bar at Swallow Tail
I'm back from Spain fully inspired by fantastic Spanish food, of course. So I thought I'd invite Swallow Tail members and their guests to have a grazing lunch in the garden at the Swallow Tail secret Supper Club. I'm setting up a pintxo style bar in the garden.
What is a Pintxo?
These are NOT tapas, they are a snack from Basque country in Northern Spain which usually consists of a piece of crusty bread with fabulous toppings that are held together by a skewer. Pinchos are used as an excuse for socializing; groups of friends stand and snack usually with a glass of cava or vermut in hand.
Pintxos will be between $3-5 per, so bring cash the day of so you can eat like a king.
