Come meet Michael Mischer, chocolate-maker and owner of Michael Mischer Chocolates. Learn about his company and approach to chocolate making and enjoy a tasting of his chocolates that are included in the new CocoaBella Chocolates Best of the Bay collection.
Based in Oakland, Michael Mischer Chocolates is a small-batch artisan chocolate company. Born and raised in Northern Germany, Mischer creates 'Pralinens' (German word for filled chocolates) and designer chocolate bars.
CocoaBella Chocolates has been offering Michael Mischer chocolates since 2009 and they can be found in CocoaBella's new Best of the Bay collection. The Best of the Bay collection brings together bonbons from five of the finest chocolatiers from the San Francisco Bay area.
