Based in Palo Alto, Gâteau et Ganache offers sophisticated, handcrafted confections and chocolates created in the French style. Chef Anni Golding creates her beautiful chocolates by respecting the seasons and blending the best of local ingredients -- such as organic fruits and cream -- with the finest imported chocolate, butter, and spices.
Gâteau et Ganache's bonbons are new to CocoaBella Chocolates and they can be found in CocoaBella's new Best of the Bay collection. The Best of the Bay collection brings together bonbons from five of the finest chocolatiers from the San Francisco Bay area.
