Bastille Day Feast with Cultivating Community
This year Bastille day (July 14th) happens to fall on a Saturday. This is too good an opportunity for a party to pass up and so I'm organising a fete de Bastille at Turkey Hill Farm to benefit Cultivating Community. I've recruited three local chefs: Brad Messier, David Levi, and Philippe Donald. They're putting together a classic four course feast, with all the trimmings. And of course there will be gorgeous French wines on hand as well. I'm practising the Marseillaise and looking to hire mimes. This will be a lovely summer afternoon on a farm celebrating French culinary culture!
