A Gossamer Bit: CONTACT Contemporary Music @ The Queer Arts Festival
A Gossamer Bit celebrates the longstanding association between the Toronto based ensemble Contact and lesbian composer Allison Cameron. A kaleidoscopic fusion of elements as disparate as minimalism, avant garde jazz and Charles Ives, Camerons music is spacious, introspective and hypnotic. Released on CD in May 2015 on the Vancouver label Redshift Records, A Gossamer Bit is an immersive exploration of Camerons diverse output.

In partnership with Redshift.
