Spring Pig Pickin' with Chef Jeremiah Bacon
Join The Macintosh for a Spring Pig Pickin' on Tuesday, May 24! Drop by the courtyard patio between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. for a picnic style pig roast, local beer from Cooper River Brewing Company and live music.
The Pig Pickin' will include:
- Whole roasted hog from Holy City Hogs, slow roasted on The Macintosh courtyard grill by chef Jeremiah Bacon
- Several Picnic Sides including pickles, mac & cheese, cornbread, baked beans, cole slaw and freshly baked bread
- A selection of three local beers from Cooper River Brewing Company
- Dessert selection
- Live musical entertainment
Tickets are all-inclusive and are $45 per person plus tax.
