12 Steps to a Compassionate Life
Discussion of Step 6 will occur on the first Monday of August (Aug 6th), 7:15pm at Katz bldg. Led by Cedars members Donna Moore and Scot Hedrick.
The plan is to continue with the remaining Steps 7 through 12 during the Fall/ Winter term beginning in September.
The program is based on the Reading Group Guide for the celebrated book of the same name by world-famous comparative religion writer Karen Armstrong. Her "wish to change the world" grows from her finding compassion in all the world's great religions. Her book, and this program, invite you to foster compassion in your life through study and practice.
