Event
Spring Schmooze in Glendale
NOTE NEW SCHMOOZE ARRANGEMENTS: Registration now required. Event is free for full members, $5 for non-members -- payable at the door, or online. (There's a little fee if you want to pay ahead, but you don't have to. We just need you to let us know you're coming by registering here.)
Once you arrive, you're responsible only for what you order, plus tax and tip. Click the ticket link on this page to reserve your spot -- you can sign up until 3pm on Monday 5/2. We've gotta have a number to give to the restaurant!
So, join us for a casual hang, networking and general merriment. In the couple of years that we've been hosting these events, we've seen gigs booked, friendships formed, connections made, and projects launched at and after these gatherings. Living in spread-out SoCal, this is a great way to meet other pros in classical vocal music that you might not otherwise come across.
Here's how it works: we gather at a local restaurant or watering hole, and each person is responsible for what they order (plus tax and tip, of course). Exchange business cards, flyers and marketing materials about whatever projects we're working on.
Can't make it, but have something to share? Send us your flyers, etc. and we'll make them available to everyone who attends. Start here: http://www.laurislist.com/promote
