In addition to the beer dinner groundswell will be launching the bottles of ginger seison limited release. It's an evening that you don't want to miss!

Pilloncillo Braised beef shortrib + peanut sauce + roasted baby bok choy + brown rice porridge + fermented shrimp oil

Key lime mousse + ginger spice carrot cake + mango-curry ice cream
