2nd COURSE

Pilloncillo Braised beef shortrib + peanut sauce + roasted baby bok choy + brown rice porridge + fermented shrimp oil

Beer: pilloncillo nut brown

3rd COURSE

Key lime mousse + ginger spice carrot cake + mango-curry ice cream

Beer: White IPA
