Beer & Cheese Pairing w/ Off Color Brewing
On Wednesday evening, April 13th, we're hosting a beer and cheese pairing with our friends at Off Color Brewing.
We'll have a selection of four delicious beers from Off Color brewing, including Bare Bear and Scurry Nitro. We'll match them up with a tasty cheeses provided by Preservation Bread and Wine of Geneva, IL.
We'll discuss the flavors of the beer and cheese and what makes them work well with each other.
We will be closed to the public that day. We will start at 5 p.m. with a reception for our pairing attendees. The reception will give them the opportunity to unwind, have a beer and settle in for the event.
The pairing will begin at 7 p.m. We will also stay open for our guests, should they want to extend the evening with another beer or two.
