Farm-to-Fork Celebration: Alba Vineyard
7-Course Wine-Pairing Dinner featuring locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey & eastern Pennsylvania. Dinner will be served among the stunning beauty of Alba Vineyard where guests can attend a VIP vineyard tour followed by elegant al fresco dining among the vines.
This year's event showcases the talents of Dan Rothman of Whole Foods Market; Kevin Knevals and Bill Dorrler of Osteria Morini New Jersey; David Felton of Ninety Acres; Mike Carrino of Pig and Prince; George Mandakas of Big Bang Kitchens; Florian Wehrli of Triomphe Restaurant; Eric LeVine of Morris Tap and Grill; and Chef Jesse of Chef Jess Live!
