Analogue's Chef Alfredo Noguiera and Dani Kaplan team up with wunderkind Freddy Noinaj (The Hey-Ha Food Truck) and pull out all of the stops for this exciting 4 course prix fixe dinner featuring killer Smoked Meats and Vietnamese. Think Pho with Smoked Brisket and Smoked Gulf Shrimp Spring Rolls. 40 dollars per person (gratuity not included). Beverage is a la carte. There will be two seatings. The first at 6:30pm and the second at 7:30pm PHO Q! 6:30 seating is sold. TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR 7:30 seating.
