Installment number thirteen brings us the most supportive brewery of Abnormal Beer Company. Saint Archer Brewing Company is a great component of San Diego's beer community. Without any hesitation they will help out another local brewery in any way they can. There was no question we wanted to collaborate with such a supportive group of brewers as them. There will be three beers specifically made for the dinner including a collaborative Guava Berlinerweiss between Abnormal Beer Co Head Brewer, Derek Gallanosa, and Saint Archer Lead Brewer, Nick Marron. The guest chef will be Mike Arquines, Owner of The Lab Dining Sessions and Roaster of Mostra Coffee who will be taking over half of the menu. Menu will be posted very soon but be prepared to your taste buds rocked.
