Sparkling Wine from Around the Globe at Spiaggia
Spiaggia is pleased to present a series of tasting events led by Sommelier Rachel Lowe. Explore bubbles from around the world and compare a range of wines from Champagne to Franciacorta and from Prosecco to Cremant. Taste through and discuss the different techniques, grapes and regions where sparkling wines are prevalent as well as discuss pairing ideas. Space is limited for these intimate events, which will include light appetizers from Chef de Cuisine Joe Flamm.
