Serpas True Food Celebrates 7th Anniversary with a Mardi Gras Bash

Head to Serpas True Food for the best Mardi Gras party outside of the Big Easy! On Fat Tuesday, February 9, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. New Orleans native chef Scott Serpas and his team will host a bayou bash featuring live entertainment, heavy hors d'oeuvres, an all-you-can-eat buffet with classics including flash-fried oysters, gumbo, jambalaya, king cake and much more. Guests will receive one complimentary Hurricane or Abita with purchase. Additional drink specials are available for $5. Come ready to celebrate with friends in a fun and festive atmosphere complete with line dancing at the end of the night. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
