ALL LEVELS WELCOME This will be an all levels yoga class. Options will be given for different levels. This will be done in the dark in black light set to the sounds of Burzum, Wolves in the Throneroom Blut Aus Nord and Satyricon (mostly). Yay! \
Yoga instructor Melody Henry has been practicing yoga in many different forms since 1991 and has been teaching yoga, mostly Vinyasa, since 2002. She holds over 375 hours of yoga-specific teacher training as well as multiple certifications and training in many other mediums such as pilates, crossfit and personal training.
