SafeHouse Supper Club - Tiki Night
Join us for our first Supper Club of 2016! We are turning the restaurant into a tiki oasis, serving up a hawaiian focused menu and tiki cocktails!
7:00pm - 9:00pm
1st course
Marinated ahi tuna + wonton + + micro greens + cilantro-lime avocado crème + quail egg
2nd course
Tempura Soft shell crab + hearts of palm + baby greens + tobiko vinaigrette
3rd
Miso glazed mahi + taro leaves + coconut broth + braised daikon + cherry tomato + Chinese sausage
4th
Pan roasted pork tenderloin + kimchee Brussels + red wine Demi glace
5th
Pineapple upside down cake
Cherry fluid gel + caramelize pineapple + vanilla ice cream + chiffon + rum caramel
