Enoversity: Bubbles of the World!
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
Contrary to popular belief, all Champagne is sparkling, but not all sparkling is Champagne. This month we will pop some bottles, but they will not be Champagne. We will show you some good substitutes which are a better value than most Champagnes!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you.
