WHAT IS TONE & TEASE?
Tone and Tease is a fitness workout that uses a chair and gets you moving to the music! It fuses dance, fitness and sex appeal all into one room. So regardless of your fitness level, your age, or your time away from the gym, you're going to acquire moves that will not only tone your body but will bring back your sexiness. You will:
Be able to implement and inspire people to have a healthier, happier and sexier life Be able to teach fun, safe and effective Tone and Tease dance routines
Be able to correlate components of physical fitness to each component of a Tone and Tease workout class!

MASTER CLASS FROM (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM)
The Master Class is open to everyone, no dance experience required. Get those thigh high boots out and let's build some muscle and confidence at the same time! *Heels are not required you can totally wear sneakers!

You will be working with chairs so plan on wearing comfortable attire, wear whatever you are comfortable moving in (workout gear, sneakers, high heels, boots, sweats, leggings, etc.)
