Valrhona is putting on its first Hot Chocolate Festival in New York City from January 23rd to 31st, with a KickOff Cocktail Party on January 12nd at l'Ecole Valrhona Brooklyn!

Valrhona invites you to taste elixirs that redefine Hot Chocolate by some of the City's most celebrated Pastry Chefs during the Cocktail KickOff Party on January 12 at L'Ecole Valrhona in Brooklyn.
The participating pastry shops and bakeries include Laduree, Fika, La Maison du Chocolat, Brooklyn Roasting Company, Baked, Almondine, MarieBelle, Doughnut Plant, Sugar and Plumm, Dough, Provence en Boite and more! (List subject to change)
The Cocktail party will feature previews of all of the festival's inventive hot chocolates, along with savory bites. Walk away with the ultimate Hot Chocolate experience and take home a taste of Valrhona.
All the proceeds from the ticket sales will also go to City Harvest.

The Festival will be the opportunity for you to discover exclusive, new, hot chocolate recipes that give the real essence of what chocolate in a glass on a cold day should be!
The participating bakeries and beverage professionals will create exclusive new hot chocolate recipes for the occasion, available during the time of the Festival at each participating store.
Most importantly, you will also do good since 50 cents from each hot chocolate sold will be donated to City Harvest.
