Winemaker Stephen Black (the mastermind behind such cult classics as "The Formula" and "Mr. Black's Concoction") from Small Gully Wines in South Australia is coming to Bed-Stuy!!!

The Wine Line-up:

The Formula - Robert's Shiraz
Big, full flavored Shiraz produced from 40 year old vines
Well balanced and textured, savory and chocolate notes
Soft tannins and a structured palate.

Mr Black's Concoction - Shiraz Viognier
The Shiraz fruit for this wine is selected quite late in the season
Picked and co-fermented with a small parcel of Viognier
Viognier gives the wine a slightly perfumed aroma which carries through to the palate.

Mr Black's Concoction - Grenache Shiraz Mourvédre
This GSM blend shows intense berry fruit characters
Fruit, not oak, plays a dominant role in this wine
The wine is of great intensity, spicy, full, with balance and structure.

The BBQ Line-up:

Brooklyn-Style Pulled Pork
Spice rubbed, pit smoked and hand pulled on delicious biscuits.

Jumbo BBQ Chicken Wangs
Spice rubbed and pit smoked with hickory wood.

BBQ Beef Brisket
Pit smoked and lightly slathered with BBQ sauce.
