CTbites Invites and Westport's own "celebrity chef" Pietro Scotti celebrate the final weeks of white truffle season with a special four course prix fix dinner for ONE NIGHT ONLY on THURSDAY DECEMBER 10 at 7:00 pm.

If you have never tasted this delicacy, this is your chance to savor this unique and special funghi foraged in the hills of Alba, Italy at a very special price.

Join Chef Pietro in his intimate and award winning restaurant, Da Pietro's, for four courses that include:

First Course
Poached Haricot Verts and Cannellini Beans over Arugula and Shaved Parmesan
Cheese and White Truffles

Second Course
Homemade Fettucini with Shaved White Truffles

Third Course
Vitello Arrosto con Tartfufo Bianco Medallion of Veal finished with Cognac Sauce over Puree of Yukon Potatoes topped with Shaved White Truffles

Citrus Panna Cotta
With Orange Zest & Orange Blossom Honey
Orange Juice & Shaved White Truffles

Specially priced at $150 pp, this dinner aims to introduce attendees to the coveted white truffle.

Beverages, tax and 20% gratuity not included. Specially selected wine pairings to enhance the meal will be available for a supplemental charge or your can bring your own wine.
