Brew & Chew Tour
Paul Charron, the Full Moon brewer, hosts this instructional and amusing tour of the smallest brew pub in North Carolina. He will walk you through the brewing process, give you the annotated version of the history of beer, and pepper you with anecdotal minutia that even the most diligent "beer geek" would love. The tour ends with a sampling of ales brewed on premise and a plate of Fish & Chips (beer battered, of course). Advance tickets are required for this one as it is limited to just 15 people.
