Oyster Bay Fund Raiser for The Jamie Isaacs Foundation for Anti-Bullying

Jamie Isaacs is 15 years old. Jamie lives with her parents Anne and Ron and her 14 year old brother Danny and 9 year old sister Lindsey. Jamie is in 10th grade and currently attends the Knox School in Saint James New York.

Jamie is a victim of intense bullying. She considers herself a strong survivor due to the fact that the bullying started when she was in the end of second grade at 8 years old and lasted till the end of seventh grade at 13 years old. The only reason the bullying stopped was because she was formally withdrawn from the Public School District and enrolled in the Knox School, a private college prep school. As a result of the School Districts negligence, the bullies sought revenge on Jamie's younger brother Danny which resulted in him changing schools as well.

Jamie's story is unlike any other bullying story that you have heard about or read. The school district allowed these events to take place on a constant basis without any interception on their part. When Jamie was withdrawn from the school district, there were a total of 22 kids on a daily basis harassing her, threatening her, stealing from her, sexually harassing her and cyber bullying her continuously.

Jamie decided to put her ordeal into words and comprise a book that would tell the powerful story of what she went through and what we did to keep her alive!

As you are well aware of, bullying usually leads to suicide. This is why Jamie found it necessary to be the "FOUNDER" of the "JAMIE ISAACS FOUNDATION FOR ANTI-BULLYING INC."
