The Tasting Room Restaurant is renowned in New York City for its hand crafted high-end cocktails with bright flavors contributed by just-picked ingredients as well as its ability to pair its list of international boutique wines with a rotating repertoire of market-fresh dishes. The highest quality ingredients are supplied daily by local farmers who take pride in raising their animals & vegetables carefully and responsibly.

Adventurous alliance members will experience a very unique pre-holiday menu created by Chef/Owner Colin Alevras together with Wine Director Carolyn DeFir. The catch? You must submit to the will of the chef, as you will have no menu to order from! Each of the ten diners will receive their own unique dish - no two dishes will be alike - and all will be paired with one glass of Champagne.
